How Do I Get Started?

How Does Payment Work?

A non-refundable 50% retainer deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Your date will be officially reserved on the calendar once the retainer deposit has been received. 
The remaining payment is due in full upon your confirmation of favorite photos.

Do You Require Signing A Contract?

Absolutely. To formalize and secure your booking for photography services, we follow a procedure that involves signing a comprehensive contract.
This electronic document, sent to your email, outlines the terms, conditions, and agreements governing our collaboration at Anh Phan Photography.
Upon your endorsement, I will reciprocate with my signature. Both parties retain a signed copy for reference. Your cooperation in this matter ensures a smooth and professional engagement.

Do You Provide A Mood Board?

Yes, I do. A mood board is a crucial step to enhance and visualize the photoshoot better.
After securing your booking date and signing a contract, we will discuss the ideas and concepts you'd like for the photoshoot. You can share 6-8 photos that represent your personal preferences, up to 2 ideas or concepts.
I'll compile them into a mood board with additional summaries and details.
This process helps me analyze and prepare the lighting setup, styling, and posing in advance, ensuring the highest potential quality for the photoshoot.

What Do I Need To Prepare Before The Photoshoot?

Ensuring the highest quality photos is a collaborative effort.
I highly recommend hiring a professional for makeup and hair to enhance your beauty.
Also, please try on your outfits beforehand for a perfect fit.
While I spend a minimum of an hour editing each image such as: editing and retouching blemishes, bodies, backgrounds, coloring, and removing distractions; relying on the photographer solely on post-processing for hair, makeup, and clothing corrections is not ideal.
Your attention to detail in preparation greatly contributes to maximizing the overall quality of the shoot.

When Will I Get My Photos Delivered?

Approximately 3 days after the photoshoot, you will receive a link featuring all unedited photos in watermarked versions (photo proofing). This allows you to select your favorite photos in a quantity specified by your chosen package.
Once you confirm your selection, the editing process commences.
Within 14 days post-confirmation, you will receive a downloadable link containing all the full-resolution, professionally edited photos.
You will have complete rights for personal use to copy, share, and print these images as you wish.

How Do Reschedule, Cancellation, and Late Policy Work?

Any reschedules must be communicated at least 1 week in advance.
Any cancellations must be noticed in 48 hours prior.
If you're late by less than 15 minutes, your session will start upon your arrival and end at the agreed-upon booking time.
If you exceed a 15-minute delay, your session will be automatically canceled, and the retainer will serve as the cancellation fee.
A new retainer can be scheduled for a future session. 

Do You Offer Raw Files?

Unfortunately, I do not offer raw files. However, I am dedicated to providing you with high-resolution edited photos that capture the essence of your special moments.
